How do I register for classes?

To participate in ANY class, ALL class reservations must be placed in advanced (same day available, within two hours of scheduled class). Families can register online through our parent portal, or in person at the front desk. ​

How do I pay for classes?

Class tuition can be paid via parent portal, in person, or zelle. Prices listed are for recurring payments only. There is a $25/per person annual membership fee for all tumbling, cheerleading, tutoring, and cheer physical educational camps/clinics. Please note, there is a 3% service charge applicable to all recurring, credit card, cash app, and electronic payments. Class tuition is due on the 15th of each month or 1st day of class, whichever comes first. $25 late fee is applicable to all tuition payments completed after the 20th of each month. There is a $25 re-enrollment fee for two unexcused, consecutive missed classes and/or one or more non-continuous class sessions. No refunds. ​

What should my child wear for class?

We suggest participants wear any type of athletic clothing such as leotards, leggings, shorts, and etc. Please, no jeans, jewelry, or gum.​

How do I book a gym rental and/or private lesson?

Gym rentals can be booked via email, phone, or in person. We suggest reservations be placed no later than one week before requested date. Please note, there is a $50-$100 (depending on package selection) non refundable deposit due at the time of booking to secure any reservation that will be applied to grand total.

Tumble classes are to be booked at least 24hrs in advance via phone, on site, or email.  Tumble lessons are forfeited and non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of scheduled lessons.

Can we still join your classes after the session has started?

Participants can register for classes any time before and after a session has started. Please note, monthly tuition is based on class reservation not class attendance. Session will be prorated if families join after session has begun. No proration/refund will be granted if families decide not to finish a session. 

Are your classes insured?

Yes, our business, classes, and property are all insured. Every participant must have a complete and signed release of liability waiver prior to any class participation.​

What happens if I fall behind on payments?
You will be charged the late fee and if by the end of the month the account is not current the child will start sitting out of practices.  

What if my child is unable to participate at a competition?
Automatic dismissal from the team unless for medical reasons.  The tentative competition schedule is posted for two months, so you know well in advance if you have a vacation planned.  All members MUST attend the last two practices before a competition as well.   IF they miss a practice, they attend with their team to competition but sit out of the routine for the competition. If you are out on Medical leave and the team wins jackets, trophies or rings you are not eligible for that item as they have to participate to get the award(your monthly fees will seize if out for the season but still responsible for competition fees paid in advance).

All Star Cheerleading is a competitive sport that requires performing a 2 minute 30 second routine composed of tumbling, stunting, pyramids, dancing and spirit.  Parents and athletes should be aware that all-star cheerleading is a large time commitment.  Practices tend to be 2-3 hours, 2-3 times a week which usually includes tumbling instruction.  ALL practices are mandatory due to the fact that many elements of a routine cannot be successfully completed without everyone at practice!

We are not part of any school, so we do not close for all holidays.  If there is a snow day that doesn’t mean, we here at the Chosen Legacy Elite are closed.  You will receive a text/email if we close the gym due to weather.
